    Albert I. Telsey’s Bio
    Al Telsey is a partner at Meyner & Landis. He has practiced environmental law for over 30 years. Al authored the New Jersey Environmental Law Handbook (Bernan 8th Ed. 2014) and he teaches a graduate level environmental course at NJIT as well as his own CLE course entitled, “10 Clever Ways to Buy/Sell Contaminated Property.” He focuses his practice on making fallow contaminated property productive again and he litigates all types of environmental disputes and cost recovery claims using unique and creative techniques. He is a former environmental prosecutor and has been named a Super Lawyer and Best Lawyer in his field by peer reviewed publications.
