ADT Home Security Alarm System is giving back to the community it serves by reinvesting part of its profits into local charities elected by each subscriber.

As of March 2012 the company made a decision to donate a percentage of its earnings for every home security system sold and installed in the Miami Florida area. The idea was established by company Director Ray Perez who is presently involved in service the Miami area through a non-profit organization called Caring for Miami. Mr. Perez decided that in order to show that we care not just about profits but also truly care about the community we live in, we have to invest right back in local charities.
The strategy being implemented at this time is having every sales and service rep equipped with a list of approved local charities from which every subscriber signing up for ADT monitoring services can choose from. The charities list is made up of a diverse set of charities from which to choose from. It is the belief of the company that if we re-invest back into the community then the residents of the community will invest in the company in return. Through this investment into the local charities within the community a great relationship has been established.
The company has started a trend in giving back to the communities they serve which they hope will now continue with other industries. There has been a great response from the customers which have already been involved in the program and the word is getting out about what we are doing.
