    Ms. Sugimura has worked for over 25 years in the Accessories and Footwear categories. She began her executive career as President of Esprit de Corp Accessories. She later became the CEO/President of Tommy Hilfiger Accessories and relaunched Anne Klein Accessories as President of the Accessories Division. Ms. Sugimura joined Alpargatas / Havaianas as President in 2007, and was responsible for the launch of the Brazilian footwear brand to the US market. In 2009, she returned full time to her own management consulting firm, EAG, to focus on strategic brand planning and implementation. Throughout all of her corporate experiences she has maintained the vision that creating an emotional connection with a brand is the key to building a true brand identity.
