With 90 Rooms, an All Day Dining Restaurant, Gym and a Mini Mart, the hotel will be sensitive and relevant to the markets and needs of today's travellers. The hotel will provide comfortable accommodation and need based services for the current crop of no-frills travellers.

Located just 800 metres from the VIP road enroute to the airport, the hotel will especially target and cater to the IT travellers of Sector V in Salt Lake, an impressive information technology and computer engineering hub.

The hotel will have on offer 85 Superior Rooms and 5 Suites. The Guest Room designs will be an epitome of all that is modern and comfortable. The other property signed on this month is with Mumbai based Riva Resorts Pvt. Ltd.
