The 3rd Annual Palm Springs Body Mind Spirit Weekend will be held on October 2 - 3, 2010. The host, Crystal Fantasy, a retail store and enlightenment center in downtown Palm Springs, California has been serving the metaphysical community since 1987.

The weekend event opens on October 2 featuring exciting and eclectic exhibitors demonstrating alternative healing and enlightenment products, Palmistry, Mediumship, Angels & Spirit Guides, Theta Healing, Aura Reading, Crystals, Sound Healing, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Massage, clothing, crafts and jewelry along with spiritual counselors, readers, workshops, classes, artists and musicians. The event offers free consultations with spiritual counselors. Open Saturday October 2 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday October 3 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Added to this year's event on the evening of Saturday October 2, Temple Bhajan Band and Kali Das will offer kirtan chanting in honor of International Day of Non-Violence which celebrates the birthday of peace activist Mahatma Gandhi. Guru Yogi Ramesh, the Laughing Yogi, will also be on hand to lead the group.
"Last year over 500 people experienced this incredible Palm Springs gathering of spiritual counselors, wellness professionals and healers. Some people came because they were curious; others spoke of blending Eastern and Western healing modalities to get the best of both worlds; and some just wanted to be with like-minded people and have fun," reported Joy Meredith, co-owner of Crystal Fantasy Enlightenment Center. "For over 20 years my family and I have strived to be a magnet for the spiritual community of the desert. We have people coming from the Coachella Valley, San Diego, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York and far beyond to learn about inspirational tools and new ideas," said Meredith.
The Third Annual Palm Springs Body Mind Spirit weekend is working in collaboration with several local hotels, offering discount prices for the event. General Admission PSBMS tickets are $10 and include free consultations with readers and healers. Classes are individually priced. Many are free. Classes will be limited to only 15 participants so early registration is suggested. International Day of Non Violence Celebration will accept donations.
