360 Resourcing commended for 2 awards
Wednesday night saw the return of the annual Recruiter Awards For Excellence at The Grosvenor House Hotel.
- (1888PressRelease) May 21, 2011 - 360 Resourcing Solutions, retail, leisure and sales recruitment specialists, were nominated for both 'Best Retail Recruitment Agency' and 'Best newcomer agency'This was a fantastic achievement for 360 Resourcing who are yet to reach the 2 year trading mark.
The success of such a young company can be put down to the great team at 360, their innovative approach to resourcing the best talent and the excellent relationships 360 have developed with their clients. Tom Coulter and Stephen Rundell, co-founders of 360 Resourcing attended the awards alongside a few of the team and a number of their clients including 'The Body Shop', 'Cineworld', and 'The Original Factory Shop'.
The awards were hosted by Daryl O'Brien who was his usual charming and energetic self.
The 1st award was Best Newcomer and 360 Resourcing was recognised with a highly commended from the judges, narrowly missing out on winning the category. 360 were up against some big names in the industry for Best Retail Agency but once again narrowly missed out on winning, although they did receive their 2nd Highly Commended of the evening which is something that Stephen, Tomas, the 360 team and their client partners were extremely proud of.
Tomas was quoted as saying 'we will have to work much harder delivering excellent candidate and client services to ensure a win next year'. With the growth from the 2 cofounders to a team of 18 in less than 24 months then I wouldn't be surprised if they do.
