2. After reviewing the abstract, we will provide the Official Abstract Acceptance Letter within 24 hours
3. Book a specific slot by registering for the conference with/without sponsorship (For the eminent abstract we could provide a partial sponsorship)
4. Once the registration is done, receive the Official Letter of Invitation from the conference for the visa process
