In a nod to evolutions seen in agriculture over the 100 years since the show began, SIMA has unveiled its new ambitions and mission: “Reveal solutions and technology dedicated to the development of sustainable and high-performance agriculture.”

This new positioning and the show’s updated product listings ensure visitors will be met with the most comprehensive offering ever, with a focus on providing the best solutions for modern farmers. The watchword of the tradeshow is “expertise”, with enhanced content and an even sharper focus on innovations from across the entire agricultural sector.

Innovation is more than just a buzzword at SIMA: “SIMA TECH” is a new space which will bring together 135 exhibitors, including:
    • 50 start-ups, which will present their latest solutions and innovations in the Start-up Village. This convivial space is a springboard to foster the emergence of young businesses among the biggest market players. Product pitches and round tables will add extra content to this village, through a dedicated speaking forum.
    • 15 exhibitors in the Robotics Village by FIRA. This will shine a light on the development of robotics in agriculture through a unique offering and a series of foresight talks and discussions, co-curated with GOFAR.

A DYNAMIC SHOWCASE OF SOLUTIONS AND INNOVATIONS
For its 100th anniversary, SIMA is shaping up, more than ever before, to be the must-attend event for the agricultural equipment sector. Many key household names have already confirmed their attendance at the show; over 600 exhibitors from around the globe have signed up, made up of both returning and first-time exhibitors, market leaders and innovative start-ups.
