Pittsburgh, PA (1888PressRelease) September 24, 2011 - Carry the zombie party on into the night by joining the Steel City Zombies at the 10.ATE.11 Zombie Pub Crawl. All zombied up with no where to go? The Zombie Pub Crawl is a great place to meet other zombies and have a good time. The night's journey begins with registration at The Rex Theatre, 1602 E Carson St. 15203, from 7:30-10:30pm, on Saturday, October 8, 2011. From there you will have a map of the participating pubs offering zombie related specials to participants with wristbands, and you may go to them as you please. Bring some friends, group with others, or plan to meet them along the way and you are off, chomping brains into the night. Participating venues include, The Rex Theatre, Diesel, Carson City Saloon, Local, Jack's, Finn McCools, and Tom's Diner. Finish out the night back at the The Rex, zombie-ing out to the psychedelic grooves of The Werks and Sweet Earth, and for prizes. Check our website soon for the revealing of a special event that will also be taking place during the night.

Zombie Apocalypse Preparedness is one of the themes of the night, participants will be urged to "make a kit", a disaster recovery kit and plan as to be ready for natural disasters. Along with that theme, $3 from each wristband sold will be donated to a reputable disaster relief organization.
