Cahuenga Blvd. in Hollywood. The "Hollywood Razzle Dazzle" is a much-anticipated event in Los Angeles.

    Dubbed by the deployed troops as "The Betty Grable Of A New Generation", Gina Elise, CEO and Founder of Pin-Ups For Vets, an annual pin-up calendar project benefitting hospitalized Veterans, is joining forces with the styling team of Classic Glamour Dolls and The Pin-Up Magazine to host this nostalgic 1940's-inspired fundraiser event that will feature exciting performances by Hollywood's hottest dance troup, Miss Dakota's Burlesque All Stars, a flashy performance by the singing Swing Dames, luscious desserts by Sweet Square, a calendar signing by calendar model, Gina Elise, featured in the 2012 Pin-Ups For Vets pin-up calendar, and a chance for local women to compete as vintage pin-up girls in the "Miss Glamour Doll" pin-up contest.

    "For this special fundraiser event that wil help improve our Veterans' health care, we wanted to bring back the decade of the 1940's when pin-up girls like Betty Grable boosted morale for thousands of brave service members fighting overseas during WWII," said Pin-Ups For Vets Gina Elise. " The winner of the "Miss Glamour Doll" contest will win a free LA N LA photo shoot ( a $500.00 value) with the Classic Glamour Dolls hair and make-up team, along with LA photographer, Markus Menchaca. The winner will also be featured as "Pin-Up of the Month" in the April issue of The Pin Up Magazine and will also win a one year subscription to The Pin Up Magazine," explains Elise.

    "This month of February also marks the week where citizens pay tribute and express appreciation to hospitalized Veterans. People are encouraged to visit hospitalized Veterans and become involved as volunteers to help out in local VA Hospitals. More than 98,000 Veterans of the U.S. armed services are cared for every day in VA medical centers, outpatient clinics, and nursing homes," says Elise who is currently on a 50-state VA Hospital tour to make personal bedside visits and bring appreciation gifts to our Nation's heroes.
