  • (1888PressRelease) August 07, 2015 - HONG KONG - Phelps Capital, through the new entity, will be able to offer a wide range of investment services to domestic mainland Korean clients. The new joint venture will be in partnership with a recently established domestic wealth management firm.

    Phelps Capital will have a wide range of services available including brokering and trading in 'A' shares and 'A' share convertible bonds.

    Phelps Capital are expected to underwrite locally listed 'A' share transactions and RMB-denominated corporate bonds and convertible bonds, as well as offer domestic financial advisory and other services.

    Phelps Capital's Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Yoshi Sato commented on the new venture saying "Korea has, for many years, been of great strategic importance to our firm.
