27 FEB	Alfa Art Gallery Presents 4th Art To Green Exhibition: The Essence Of Nature - John Hawaka’s Solo Exhibition
	The opening reception of The Essence of Nature: John Hawaka’s Solo Exhibition will be held on Thursday, March 5. The event will include an introduction addressing the evolution of Mr. Hawaka’s career as an artist. Accompanying the art will be music provided by Mark Weinberg, experimental guitar with percussion. Mr. Weinberg will open for pianist Francesca Tedeschi.

“The Third Day After” - Robert Aitchison & Iliyan Ivanov - two-men show at Alfa Art Gallery curated by Mr. Kiril Tarpov

In this exhibit the curator Mr. Kiril Tarpov and the artists Robert Aitchison and Iliyan Ivanov explore the artistic interpretation of controversial topics that are somewhat unique to the art of painting in its more conventional sense. These are the ideas of collaboration between artists and the revision of art works that at an earlier point of development were thought of as having been “completed” and “finished”.

	Alfa Art Gallery is proud to announce that a collection of Rosalia Tignini Verdun’s artwork will be exhibited at the gallery between April 15 and May 10, 2008. The opening reception will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2008 from 7 to 10 p.m. For anyone who would like to observe Rosalia’s art process, she will hold an open studio day at the gallery on April 19, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
