Simon has worked in the property industry since 1984, during which time he has worked in the specialist areas of residential and commercial sales in addition to the sale of development land, woodland and pasture land.

In 2001 Simon joined Romans and set up the auction division, quickly developing Romans auctions into one of the leading regional property auction companies in the South East of England.
