    When launching the book Terri said that studies have shown that when people keep a food journal, they lose more weight and keep fit longer. “This is what I am prescribing in my book, encouraging people to keep a track of what they eat and life in general,” said Terri while adding that having a journal will see fitness objectives achieved easily. Terri adds that when one is mindful of what they are eating and drinking daily, they begin making better choices.     Terri Allen wears several hats; she is an accomplished dancer, personal trainer and fitness instructor. She has been in this for more than a decade.
