Based on the real life of Celebrated New York hair colorist Christopher Crabaugh (aka Christopher Gamper). He is the principle character of "Rap Rinse Repeat." His new lofty salon appropriately called "Christopher Crabaugh Beaute," located in the historical Flat Iron District of of New York City is the backdrop for this entertaining series with heart and humor. Rap Rinse Repeat is about relationships at the salon. Clients from all walks of life come in to get their hair styled but also tell Christopher all their personal problems and frustrations. Christopher plays "Salon Chair Analysts." His 20 plus years of experience gives him unique insight into anyone who sits in his chair. He is the heart of the show and the word of reason for his desperate clients and colorful staff. The clients bring in the drama, he listens, gives his advice and steps in as the reality check. With a brutally honest wit; Christopher is no match for any sort of Drama!

    As an artist, business owner, friend and pseudo analysts he must deal with a colorful staff as well. Salon employees are constantly challenging Christopher as the lines between friendship and boss get very blurred. Billy Ray & Christine are featured in the web series. Both with their own set of quirky behaviors. Billy Ray displays obsessive compulsive tendencies when give any responsibilities. Christine is always getting into trouble and is on the verge of being fired daily. Then there is Christopher's college sweetheart, Roy. The two men dated when they were young, broke up only to reunite 20 years later.

    Another unique aspect to Christopher and his salon is the charitable work they have done with the community. Recently they partnered with NBC News to provide makeover for female veterans in the much anticipated "Making a Difference: Hiring Our Heroes." The event was a job fair at the famed Intrepid Museum in NYC. "You only have one chance at a first impression," said Crabaugh "I want them to have confidence at the job fair to nail the interview" Annually he also provides makeovers for the women of "Bottomless Closets," a non profit organization that helps women go from welfare to the work force.

    This reality show relates to anyone who's shared secrets with their hair dresser, deals with colleagues in the work place and who's ever held a secret torch for another. Humors, confrontational and touching the series offer it's own unique brand of the human experience.
