This brand new luxury collection is an eclectic blend of hand finished, filled chocolates infused with flavours in the true style of fusion cuisine. Fusions is a premium, exclusive chocolate box for the discerning foodie.
The Fusions range combines innovative ingredients with real craftsmanship as the chocolates are hand finished by chocolatiers in Thorntons kitchen. The range includes 12 premium chocolates combining flavours such as cocoa & rosemary, smooth balsamic, caramel & soy and madagascan vanilla.

The diverse flavours in the centre of the chocolate really bring out the subtle notes of the single origin cocoa beans, which are some of the finest in the world sourced from Sao Tome, Papua New Guinea and Tanzania. For example, tangy Modena balsamic vinegar in an intense Ganache, highlights the fruity notes of the dark Tanzania chocolate. Fusions are truly sublime and these deliciously unique flavours provide a real taste sensation.
