In order for the app to contribute calories to food banks, a foodtweeks™ user must report "tweeking" (trimming calories from their food), and the Roadrunner Food Bank of New Mexico will receive donations from foodtweeks™. These calorie donations enable the food bank to distribute an equal number of nutritious calories to hungry families, and it all comes at no cost to the app user.
