  • (1888PressRelease) March 26, 2012 - We are pleased to announce the launch of the new website dedicated to changing the things that matter to us all. Currently we live in a system that we are told is democratic and, yet, with only a cursory look, it is obvious that things are far from democratic.

    Corporations who are elected by no one have power that they buy using often obscene profits; our representatives do anything but represent us and the voter comes a poor third behind paymasters and party dogma when it comes to being served.

    We have become the servants and it is time to change the situation and the process.

    We do NOT want to:

    * Overthrow government

    * Encourage the overthrow of government

    * Be a catalyst for violent protest

    * Eliminate capitalism

    * Discourage entrepreneurialism

    * Prevent creativity

    * Eliminate corporations

    * Create an environment of lawlessness

    * Divide society

    We DO want:

    * To bring about fundamental changes in society

    * To be truly represented by those we elect.

    * T0 end politics so we elect people not parties

    * To demand accountability from those we elect

    * To curb the power of corporations to influence decisions

    * To ensure equality of opportunity for all

    * To make the term "human rights" mean something

    * To become the masters of those we elect to serve us

    * To work towards creating true democracies

    This website gives the chance to join the movement for change.
