The award is considered the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry, recognizing quality in buildings and rewarding excellence in building design, operation and management.

    The Biltmore Commerce Center received an Outstanding Building of the YearŽ (TOBY) Award by the Building Owners and Managers Association of Phoenix in the category of 250,000 to 499,999 square feet. The Biltmore Commerce Center is an attractive, three-story class, "A" suburban office building totaling 283,440 square feet on 7.53 acres located in the illustrious Camelback Corridor. The most highly praised address in the Phoenix Metro area. This building was designed to accommodate various sizes of office users, and is especially suitable for large corporate users.

Catalina Island, the Palos Verdes Peninsula, Angel Stadium of Anaheim, The Honda Center and Disneyland are also in viewing range.

    Main Street Town Center features desirable on-site amenities including an ATM, banking center, deli service and sundry shop, and high speed telecom. Readying a property for submission in the TOBY competition is an arduous task, and includes contributions from the property management and engineering teams as well as building owners, vendor partners and tenants. Winners of each category are eligible to advance to the regional BOMA competition and then to the international level.
