(1888PressRelease) October 18, 2011 - Having run the IT Trainees Programme for a joint venture between one of the top 5 management consultancy firms and a leading insurance company in the UK, Natalia Dodi Migliorini recognised that many candidates came totally unprepared to many of the interviews, assessment centres, and testings, and more often than not did not do as well as they could have, it was with this in mind that she created The Graduate Service.

The Graduate Services aims to provide Graduates, undergraduates and school leavers entering the job market with the skills, practice, constructive feedback, hints and tips to perform to the very best of their abilities through the following services:
CV Writing, Interview Preparation and Practice, Application Forms Support and Online Ability Tests.

The services are tailored to suit the individual always bearing in mind their experience, their career aspirations and their motivations. Before initiating any process The Graduate Service will set up a telephone interview to discuss all these areas in depth to make sure that everything is covered, and will continue to be available for support, additional hints especially prior to interviews, assessment centres etc.
