(1888PressRelease) April 09, 2014 - Survival Storehouse started four years ago initially supplying hikers and campers with long shelf life quality food and water product 'Mainstay' which we import directly from US manufacturer, Survivor Industries. Over the past four years we have diversified our customer base substantially. With increased publicity and awareness around world disasters we now have a growing customer base from the Australian prepper market. Our customer base has also diversified into mining where we supply several underground mines and a number of mining exploration companies.

We also provide Mainstay 'ARK III' kits to several helicopter and aero companies so that they comply with Australia's strict regulations around emergency supplies in the aviation sector.

Outside of our direct retail customer base we also have a regular customer base for our bulk wholesale business. Our pricing in this market is very competitive and we have a number of buyers who have incorporated Mainstay into their first aid and emergency survival kits. We started an affiliate program that pays 10% commission for referred sales and this is proving very popular with bloggers, website owners and YouTube channels.

We have also found a niche in supplying emergency survival food to vegetarian markets. As Mainstay contains no meat products and is certified Halal we can cover a larger section of the Australian market than similar products.
