  • (1888PressRelease) November 03, 2008 - SprayMaxLiners is pleased to introduce the fastest, easiest and safest way to apply Spray in Bedliners for the Truck Accessory shops and Truck Dealerships.

The FastKick Gun/Proportioner equipment is the secret. This special gun uses a simple air motor that travels forward when the trigger is pulled. Attached to the air motor are two positive displacement rods with round ends that travel at equal speeds through the factory filled spray on truck bedliner material dual cartridge. Should one rod need to slow, the other rod must as well being attached to the same air motor. This means it is impossible to not spray polyurea at a perfect 1 - 1 ratio.

The MaxlinerAR material is pre packaged in disposable dual factory cartridges. MaxlinerAR is a 100% Solids Polyurea that cures on spraying creating the same protective thick shield once only known by large franchise companies doing Spry on Bedliners. As the rods from the FastKick Gun push the A and the B sides forward they meet in a disposable static mixer. The static mixer thoroughly mixes the two components and goes through the disposable air atomizer that creates the stipple effect associated with spray on bedliners.

After spraying a dual cartridge the applicator simply pushes a button in the back of the FastKick Gun, pulls the trigger and the rods instantly retract to the bottom position. The entire cartridge and mixer is then thrown in the trash and the applicator can put another cartridge in or simply hang the FastKick Gun up, there is no clean up required.

With no VOC's and no cleanup the Truck Accessory shop or Truck Dealer does not have to worry about OSHA as many do using solvents. The best part is, the shop is not tied up. Once the protective wrapping is removed from the truck the spray on bedliner is done and the customer can take immediate possession driving it home while the applicator prepares the next truck.
