In her tenure as Senior Vice President of Corporate Business Development, Ms. San Yim was a Special Advisor to the Chairman. Prior to this role, Ms. San Yim served as Vice President of Retail Business Development and as Senior Counsel for Transactions. As Senior Vice President, Ms. San Yim was responsible for the company's mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture activities worldwide. Ms. San Yim joined as Tax Counsel.

Previously, Ms. San Yim was a Partner of a top brokerage firm, where she specialized in domestic and cross-border tax-oriented financings and commercial transactions.

During her professional career, Ms. San Yim has served on a variety of boards, including the University of Hong Kong, the University of Hong Kong Law School, and the University School of Law of Taipei. Ms. San Yim is also a board member of an international gas and oil company.

With the addition of Ms. San Yim, Southeast Asia Traders' Board of Directors has expanded to 15 members, including 10 independent directors.
