Sean and his team which includes the talented Peter Godshall, Digital Imager, won a prestigious TWO Gold Addy Awards in the Photography, Digitally Enhanced category for the "Find Your Center" campaign created for Charlotte Center City Partners to promote uptown Charlotte and the popular South End area. The second gold award was for the "Encore Condominiums" campaign. This innovative campaign that shows off a birds eye look into living in “Encore” was photographed conceptually and this style could be incorporated into many types of advertising throughout the product gamma.

A THIRD Gold Award was given for the same "Find Your Center" campaign created by Sean and entered by the Ad Agency, Luquire George Andrew, Inc. for the category of Campaign, Out-of-Home, Campaign. This billboard campaign caught the eyes of everyone passing by. This now automatically enters Sean for the National Addy Awards held in Atlanta, Georgia in June.
