  • Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton, PA (1888PressRelease) November 17, 2010 - PressPray.com has unveiled the highly anticipated website to help build online prayer groups for patients in need. Beginning on November 17th, 2010 users of the site will be able to register to pray for those in need and/or receive prayer from others. Director Kyle David remarked, "Our goal was to develop a site that was simple to bring people of all races, religions, locations, and creeds for the purpose of praying for those in need. We think we've met this goal."

By using the website anyone can register to receive prayer and immediately be linked with others that are coping with similar difficulties. Users can exchange status updates, well wishes, prayers, as well as build groups of family and friends that will be regularly updated through Facebook, Twitter, text message, and email. "Part of the difficulty of dealing with serious illness or injury," remarked David, "is that you often have to act as a press agent to keep friends and family up to date with how you are feeling. It's tiring and very difficult to talk about sometimes. PressPray.com was created to answer that simple question: 'How are you doing?'"

Though the website boasts some advanced features such as photographic updates, support group linking, and messaging simplicity was at the core of the site. "We wanted to make sure that our focus was on making sure people could easily get started. Users can sign up with their existing Facebook or Twitter accounts or create a PressPray account. It can even be accessed with a smartphone." Added David.

The site gathered hundreds registrations in its short beta launch and with this full release, the organization is optimistic about what it can bring to those in need. David concluded, "We have an extremely dedicated team who have worked and worked to bring this site to the masses. We look forward to growing, learning, and hearing from those who are using the site."

PressPray.com was created by The Kyle David Group a high technology consultancy based in the Lehigh Valley, PA and funded entirely by internal contributions. Their goal is to continue to offer this service to those in need and help bring people of all backgrounds together for a common purpose.
