Powerstone Property Management Highlights Growth as Kylie Decker Takes on New Leadership Role with PCRF.
Orange County, CA (1888PressRelease) September 24, 2025 - Powerstone Property Management Inc., a full-service, Orange County, California based property management firm, today announced that Executive Director of Management Services, Kylie Decker has been named as Chair of the Executive for Kids Program for the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation (PCRF). The program was created for leaders in the community to provide a personal investment in donations, raising awareness and support to raise funds for critical pediatric cancer research. Powerstone’s CEO, René Decker says: “Since we adopted PCRF as our corporate charity in 2011 we have raised over $1.25 million. Kylie has been leading the charge for us by managing fund raisers, recruiting team members and engaging our corporate partners throughout the year. I’m excited that she’s continuing to expand her role in supporting PCRF.” Powerstone also reported that they have continued to expand during the first half of the year.
Powerstone as part of their continued growth strategy, have announced a number of team member promotions. Deborah Serrano has been named Executive Director of Management Services. Deborah, with over 25 years of industry experience will lead Powerstone’s training programs. Wendy Miller, who has been with Powerstone for four years was promoted to Director of Community Management. Francine Shute has been promoted from Associate Director to Director of Community Management. Kimberly Shlaudeman, Nick Wilson and Ross Paulino have been promoted from Community Manager to Senior Community Manager and Michael Sullivan has been promoted to Associate Director.
