  • (1888PressRelease) May 15, 2013 - The Physicians and Midwives Collaborative Practice in Virginia is about to receive a dynamic rebrand. The overhaul will see a brand new logo for the business, as well as a new website design.

"The new website design and logo have been carefully put together to represent our entire practice, our purpose, and focus on our patients," said Dr. David Giammittorio, CEO of Physician & Midwife Collaborative Practice. "The tree reflects several aspects of how we work in our community, not least the deep roots our practice has within our community. It also reflects the life we bring into the world and the growth of our patients and our practice. It seemed like a good way to convey what we do and aim for, all rolled into a single logo."

The Physician & Midwife Collaborative Practice focuses on a single brand promise. The practice is passionate about the CARE in medical care. The new website design aims to take the practice to the next level, providing practical and easily accessible healthcare to all women in the Northern Virginia area, via the five offices the practice has in that area.

"We recognize a lot of our new patients find us online," Dr. Giammittorio added. "While they can visit any of our offices to find out more about our services for women, they can also go online and visit our website. The new design will make it easier for potential new patients to find out what we do. Existing patients can also visit our online appointment scheduler to make appoints that suit them best."

The Physician & Midwife Collaborative Practice provides a hands-on approach to patient care around the clock. This can be seen in their requirement for all caregivers to take the day off after a night shift. This means the caregiver can recover from the mental and physical demands of this critical responsibility. The practice offers a unique approach to care giving, by allowing its patients to be mobile across its footprint in Northern Virginia.

Dr. Giammittorio added that "core to the P&M system is our team approach to our patients care. In obstetrics particularly, a patient may need any of our services at any time. Our new website design will help grant better access - particularly for new patients - to all our services and information. It's just the beginning of making the most of the Physician & Midwife Collaborative Practice."
