  • Outreach Process Partners (OPP) was founded in 2005 by professionals who enjoy working together and want to give back. Our core values are: 1. Make a difference ... 2. Take care of each other and ... 3. Give back

OPP specializes in helping our clients apply integrated outreach and new media strategies to communicate effectively with their customers, stakeholders and partners. We translate complex technical and scientific information into easily understood language and images for the non-technical audiences, especially decision makers. To do this, we apply award-winning audio/visual communication approaches to complement traditional text-based communication approaches.

We excel at applying technologies to communicate effectively, encourage feedback, and solve the real world challenges facing our clients. We are expert in "public chatter" monitoring and social media strategies that result in improved situational awareness and actionable insights.
OPP is a woman-owned small business with MBE certifications in Maryland, Baltimore City, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, and Louisiana. We are also on the consolidated GSA Schedule.
