(1888PressRelease) July 01, 2009 - NPILF (National Private Investor Lender Forum) has successfully provided funding for the acquisition of the RIVERSTAR SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX.

NPILF issued an Expression of interest to RIVERSTAR to Co-Invest in their funding request in the early part of March 2009. On March 28, 2009, NPILF provided THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS in initial funding ($300,000.00) as a Co-Investor/Lender in participation with a third party lender who provided approximately ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS $1,100,000.00.

The total project cost is projected to exceed TWO MILLION DOLLARS $2,000,000.00 in funding. NPILF may provide additional funding to expand its facilities and new venues.
