(1888PressRelease) March 30, 2026 - LAS VEGAS - Ori’Zaba’s Scratch Mexican Grill had lots to announce during a recent open house launch party at the newly remodeled Downtown Summerlin location. Along with the fresh new look of the restaurant, the fast-growing quick service restaurant also unveiled two new menu items.
The location at 11015 Sage Park Drive, Suite 120 in Las Vegas offered attendees a taste of the new menu items which included:
• New Mini Chimis: Perfectly crispy steak chimichanga bites with Chipotle Ranch
• New Chicken Fajita Ranch Salad: A flavor-packed salad with grilled chicken, corn salsa, romaine, cabbage, sweet potatoes, fajita mix, cilantro pesto, cheese and chipotle ranch dressing
They also got to taste some award-winning fan favorites:
• Queso: Cheese, half and half cream, tomatillos, jalapeños, tomatoes, cilantro, red onions, seasonings and lime juice
• Fish Tacos: Hand battered cod fried in seasoned rice flour to golden perfection, served on corn tortillas with pico de gallo, chipotle ranch, cabbage and limes
• Zalapeño Balls: Potatoes, jalapeños, garlic, cilantro, seasonings and soy oil
“We received very positive feedback from those in attendance about the new menu items and the great look of the restaurant,” said Ori’Zaba’s President Jennifer Howell. “Everyone was buzzing about how flavorful the new Mini Chimis are.”
The company’s commitment to making the menu exciting to patrons includes seasonal items which change throughout the year. The Mini Chimis and Chicken Fajita Ranch Salad are now available at all of Ori’Zaba’s locations.
