  • Philadelphia, PA-NJ (1888PressRelease) December 02, 2017 - The Builders League of South Jersey honored Bruce Paparone Homes with the “2017 Commitment to Excellence Award for a Builder of under 50 Homes a Year”, on November 15, 2017 at Lucien’s Manor in Berlin, NJ. This is the tenth time that the company has won the coveted Commitment to Excellence Award. The award was accepted by Bruce Paparone and his sons Matthew Paparone and Samuel Paparone.

The Commitment to Excellence Award was established in 1996 to recognize the League’s builder members who demonstrate outstanding customer service and quality as perceived by South Jersey’s newest homebuyers. The annual award is based on a survey sent throughout the year to new homebuyers. These surveys provide valuable feedback to builder members who are interested in monitoring and upgrading their customer service. The criteria for selection is based on overall professionalism in the new home purchase, quality of workmanship, customer relations, service after the sale and total customer satisfaction.

At the same event, Bruce Paparone was presented with the Builders League's “Jirair S. Hovnanian Humanitarian Award” by Stephen and Peter Hovnanian. The Builders League established this award in the name of Jirair S. Hovnanian to honor builder, remodeler and associate members for their exceptional philanthropic endeavors.

Bruce Paparone is not only an active contributor to the Builders League of South Jersey charitable foundation, which recently contributed generously to survivors of the three most recent devastating hurricanes, Harvey, Irma and Maria, but Bruce also is involved in numerous charitable efforts outside of the housing industry. He is Chairman of Kennedy Heath Foundation, Vice Chairman of the Kennedy Hospital board of directors, a Trustee on the Jefferson Hospital University Board, Trustee of the Vicki and Jack Farber Institute for Neuroscience at Jefferson, and involved in many local charities, including Urban Promise of Camden and the Joseph Fund in Camden. Bruce and his company are strongly committed to the quality of life in the South Jersey area.

Bruce Paparone Homes is currently building new single family homes in towns throughout southern New Jersey, including Lumberton, Moorestown, West Deptford, Clarksboro, East Greenwich Township and an active adult community in Mantua, Sewell.
