    With information on what long-term care (LTC) is, how it can be used to care for aging adults and things to know before signing up for LTC insurance, Grimes will offer his expertise to the employees of the City of Seattle, answer questions, discuss specific situations and solutions. Having years of experience in the LTC field, Grimes will share his insights as well as practical advice.

    Over the last few years, there has been a growing need for accurate, timely information on LTC.
    "With the upcoming changes to our healthcare system, knowing what long-term care will and won't do, and how it interacts with traditional medical insurance as well as Medicare and Medicaid is critical," said Grimes. "I'm excited to have the opportunity to share what I know with the City of Seattle's employees and help them to make the best decisions given their family and history."

    As a national expert on long-term care and aging issues, Grimes has given more than 2,000 presentations to organizations about LTC issues including Apple Computer, Toyota Motors, Penn State University and Columbia University as well as the CIA and the Pentagon.
