  • Denver, CO (1888PressRelease) March 14, 2008 - “The New Fulcrum” will have a newly refreshed and more professional elegance designed to move the audience better and rock out even harder. The group has 4 new songs that will be debuted in the lineup and an entire new stage presence and look. “This is a whole new band now and I think we’re ready to just explode,” states lead singer Jason Marino, “we have new and better music and just can’t wait to get the place rockin’. I’m all kinds of excited.”

They call this project (and one of their new songs) ‘Denver’s Rock Revival’, as they hope to wake up the city with some refreshing new rock music. After recently joining forces with their new manager Denny Lyons in Los Angeles, CA, he himself couldn’t be more excited for the band’s big step in the right direction. The show is $6, All Ages, and will be held at The Falcon on April 8th, 2008.

    About the Band --
Spawned in the southern Denver suburbia of Littleton, Colorado, "Fulcrum" has a dangerously addictive combination of records, style, and a live show that always leaves the audience begging for more. Their music is all about the melodic guitar sound that flows and contrasts powerfully with the bass lines, driven by the powerful syncopated drums that run behind them. The trio has developed their own specific style with influence from many musical greats such as Incubus, 311, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. With much diversity, it ranges from fast and catchy to slowed down acoustic melodies, with all sorts of kicks and chops in between. “We try to write music that you can listen to and be taken to another place and feel the way we do,” states Jason, “because after all, that’s what music is all about.”
