After infiltrating some of the bloodiest, most war-torn neighborhoods of southern California he has now turned his sights to the Seattle/Tacoma area of Washington State.

Mario has been speaking for 42 years, and has always lived close to the edge. Some said he crossed it when, in 1991, he packed the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles with rival gang members for two days. At one point police officers stopped by to shut him down due to the gang war they were sure would ensue. However, by the end of that two-day event, 1,500 gang members had committed to change their lives forever. He continues this streak of success through to today. In December of last year he hosted an outdoor event in a park controlled by the Mexican Mafia. Despite the fact that the day was overtaken by violent rain storms over 4,000 people attended, with every child receiving three Christmas gifts while well over 1,000 people committed to change their lives.

Mr. Murillo is a dynamic Latino speaker, managing to be both comedic and radically powerful at the same instant while never losing his impactful relevancy.
