  • (1888PressRelease) April 04, 2006 - PASADENA, CA – Award-winning KKE Architects, Inc., headquartered in Minneapolis, with offices in Las Vegas; Pasadena and Irvine, Calif., announced today the addition of Gary A. Shoeppner as KKE’s Site Development Coordinator and head of its site development services. The company is expanding services already offered to include assistance to developers and retailers with all aspects of site development coordination.

Schoeppner, formerly with Greenberg Farrow Architects in Tustin, CA, has provided site development services to clients such as Target, Home Depot, Whole Foods Markets, and Smart & Final, plus a variety of retail and mixed-use real estate developers.

“KKE has always been known for our straight-forward site planning as well as our ability to provide entitlement assistance however, with the addition of Gary Schoeppner as our full-time site development coordinator, we now can offer our clients a broader range of site development services and more peace of mind knowing that their site development work will be efficiently and effectively handled, saving both time and money,” says KKE Managing Principal Brian Arial, AIA.

“Most developers, unless they have an experienced person on staff, use a civil engineer or construction project manager to handle their site development coordination but this can lead to inefficiencies and possibly project or design denials or delays. Gary also brings strong relationships with the city agencies and knows how critical entitlements can be on a project. Having worked for a developer in the past, he brings a unique perspective that will ultimately strengthen our client relationships,” Arial notes.

KKE’s site development services will include coordination of project schedule, preliminary site and building design and real estate aspects of projects all the way to construction administration, along with management of geotechnical, environmental, traffic and civil consultants. Site development services will also include further coordination of site assessment investigations, jurisdictional wetlands approvals, municipal and zoning approval, due diligence, project presentation and client representation during entitlement hearings before planning boards and city councils.

Prior to joining Greenberg Farrow Architects, Schoeppner most recently served as development manager for Zaremba Group, a national real estate development and management company, and a project coordinator for Perkowitz & Ruth Architects.

Schoeppner received his Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from The Ohio State University.
