The Northern Ireland distribution is made possible through the services of EM News Distribution (NI) Ltd. a sister company of EM News Distribution (Ireland) Ltd. who deliver to newsagents throughout Ireland including the Easons group.

Editor Derry O’Donnell said “This was a natural progression for the magazine to expand into Northern Ireland and opens up a larger market for our customers. With large numbers frequently travelling to and from the North to take part in various sporting and fitness events we are now also able to cater for the demands of our growing readership.”

Editorial Director Philip Ryan commented “The only boundary to our physical and mental wellbeing lies within us. Getting fit and staying fit is an ongoing process which requires motivation, discipline and the right frame of mind. I look forward to an increasing readership throughout the country.”
