  • (1888PressRelease) October 06, 2010 - Everything is ready for ICSE Europe 2010: Bormioli Rocco's Plastics Division will be taking part in the international exhibition dedicated to the pharmaceutical sector, to be held in Paris from the 5th to the 7th of October.

On the plastic packaging front, Bormioli Rocco has extended the range of its dosage syringes by launching two new 2ml and 6ml formats on the market, both fully customisable in terms of colour and decoration. Meanwhile, the company will also present its exclusive patent on a bottle for administering paediatric syrups, available in both glass and plastic, plus an adaptor, which guarantees maximum safety for the little patients and extreme ease of use.

The special rim of the adaptor attaches to the neck finish, which has been specially modified to adhere perfectly without risk of detaching. The integrated pack is completed by the child proof cap (which can also be supplied already pre-attached to the adaptor) and the dosage syringe.

Thanks to the depth of expertise it has acquired in the manufacture of caps, the Plastics Division has enhanced its plastic Tamper Evident and Child Proof caps with silica gel, to increase the moisture barrier effect. Safe and easy to use, these caps exploit the moisture-absorbing properties of this material in order to guarantee total product integrity to the final user.
Always responsive to the ever growing needs of pharmaceutical companies, the Plastics Division also offers various packaging solutions made of innovative high performance plastic resins.

And another clean room has recently been created: a Bormioli Rocco investment that brings to three the number of clean rooms in use for the production of packaging for the pharmaceutical sector.

While waiting to visit stand E16 in Hall 4, we invite you to visit the website http://www.bormioliroccoplastics.com for further information on these and other products, such as plastic packaging and bottles for pharmaceutical products, and plastic packaging for cosmetics.
