Haddonfield Establishment Celebrates 13 Years With A New Name and Renewed Energy

  • Philadelphia, PA-NJ (1888PressRelease) May 01, 2014 - The 13-year-old Haddonfield establishment, Maestro Studios Music Academy will become The Haddonfield School of Music on June 1, 2014.

    The change is accompanied by several service upgrades, as the company will be rolling out enhanced musical opportunities, such as ensembles and clubs for pianists and guitar players, state-sanctioned incentive programs and extra class and lesson opportunities. The school will also be creating numerous publications and instructional materials, which are the collaborative work of its 15 professional musicians and instructors.

    On Sunday June 1, The Haddonfield School of Music will celebrate its 13th anniversary with a Grand Re-Opening, which will include live music, prize drawings and a professional photographer on hand to capture the events of the day and also portraits of HSM students with their instruments. There will also be a ceremonious changing of the building sign to reflect the new name.

    About Maestro Studios / Haddonfield School of Music
    Maestro Studios opened as R1Violin Studio on Kings Court in Haddonfield on June 1, 2001. Since that time, the school has provided music lessons to over one thousand students on violin, viola, cello, piano, guitar, voice, flute and trumpet. It became Maestro Studios on June 1, 2007 and moved to 3 Kings Highway, tripling its capacity.

    The school works closely with the Haddonfield Theater Arts Center to provide a yearly Summer musical play in June and a fully-produced concert production every October.

    The school now employs 16 professional musicians and staff members and provides music education to about 300 students each week.
