Everybody who is healthy and uninfected can deliver shopping, post office or medication from their local pharmacy to people who are unable to do so. Similarly, people who are in need may tap in their postcode to find volunteers who can buy and drop food or post parcels and letters for them. Similarly, those who can proivde their services remotely from anywhere in the world - psychologists, artists, yoga instructors or software developers - can offer their services online through the GleamDream platform for free.
