(1888PressRelease) October 07, 2008 - Galnik and Southwest are pleased to announce their intention to form Galnik Aerospace in Querétaro, Mexico.

Through joint discussions held in Querétaro and Tulsa the principals have committed to form Galnik Aerospace. Initially Galnik Aerospace will focus on Nadcap accredited aluminum processing to include penetrant inspection, shot peen, anodize, prime & paint. Additional processes will be added as business conditions and customer requirements warrant.

Mr. Sergio Villaseñor established a plating company in 1988. With 20 years of experience Galnik has enjoyed sustained growth, being recognized as a leader in the bajío of México as a supplier of plating services for the automotive, appliances, industrial and electrical industries.

Mr. W.A. Emery established Southwest in 1953. Southwest is a leading aerospace processing company, providing processing services to all major aerospace and defense contractors. Over the years Southwest has grown to include locations in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Gardena, California and Brampton and Concord, Ontario.

Galnik and Southwest are combining many years of technical metal processing experience and two dedicated and professional groups of employees to establish a state of the art processing facility specifically designed to service the needs of the Querétaro and Mexican aerospace industry. The facility constitutes a significant capital investment and provides other aerospace manufacturers the needed processing infrastructure to expand into Querétaro and Mexico.
