Green will also sit on the Board of Directors. Additionally, E3 announced the opening of its west coast R&D Center in Pacheco, California. Green will lead the company's development of water treatment technologies for the oil & gas industry as well as global water reclamation initiatives.

In announcing the research and development center, E3 brings together development resources focused on the commercialization of its technology portfolio with a core research capability. Green will leverage his earlier work along with development and refining the E3 technology portfolio with other E3 scientists and engineers. Together with E3's design and engineering office for sustainability projects, the company is leveraging California innovation and environmental standards. Green will also work on research and development projects in conjunction with E3's partner organizations which includes pollution control applications as well as other remediation technologies.
