  • (1888PressRelease) November 02, 2010 - St. Louis - St. Louis based Duke Manufacturing Co. announced the asset acquisition of SteelKor, LLC and its wholly owned subsidiary, St. Louis Stainless Services, Incorporated. The company is a St. Louis based manufacturer of food service equipment, most notably the X-Stream® power wash system and X-Green® produce safety system. The deal was finalized on November 1, 2010.

    Duke will continue to manufacture SteelKor's complete product line under the Duke name. Over the next several months, SteelKor's manufacturing, sales and support staff will be transitioned to Duke's plant and corporate headquarters in downtown St. Louis.
