The focus of the discussion will be why and how companies are improving their bottom line through more balanced gender leadership. Featured panelists are Michael Drexler, senior director, head of investors Industries, World Economic Forum; John M. Bonhomme, executive director, global strategic markets, JP Morgan; and Johnny Wu, managing director  & head, equities and funds, Barclays. This year Barclays launched the Women in Leadership Total Return Index (WIL) and exchange-traded notes based on the idea that female leadership helps companies excel. The panel will be moderated by Katherine D. Brandt, partner-in-charge, New York office, Thompson Hine LLP. The event is being hosted at The New York Times.

    Conversations with Men™ is being presented in various industry sectors, as well as at the United Nations and most recently went global with a forum held at the GOLD Conference in Tokyo, Japan.
