The focus of the discussion will be why and how companies are improving their bottom line through more balanced gender leadership. Featured panelists are Michael Drexler, senior director, head of investors Industries, World Economic Forum; John M. Bonhomme, executive director, global strategic markets, JP Morgan; and Johnny Wu, managing director  & head, equities and funds, Barclays. This year Barclays launched the Women in Leadership Total Return Index (WIL) and exchange-traded notes based on the idea that female leadership helps companies excel.
