Denver Realtor(R) to Share Her Niche Marketing Knowledge and Experience Instructing New Continuing Education Class

Denver, CO (1888PressRelease) September 18, 2013 - Denver area veteran Realtor® and nationally recognized divorce real estate expert, Joan Rogliano, knows first hand the rewards, professional and emotional, of working with families in the transition of divorce and widowhood. She created a successful marketing strategy that grew her real estate business and contributed to her community simultaneously. Now she is sharing her niche marketing expertise with Colorado Realtors, instructing a new CE course approved by the Colorado Real Estate Commission.

The course is titled Niche Marketing to Families in Transition. It is an accredited two hour continuing education course offered to Colorado Realtors® who are looking for a fresh approach to grow their business. "With home ownership at 61% and the divorce rate stable at 50%, there is a true need for Realtors® to help these families make truly informed decisions regarding the marital home." said Rogliano, who is a recipient of The National Association of Realtors® Volunteer Works Grant for her work within the divorce niche.

The course will provide an action plan as well as specific tools to enhance the attendees' real estate practice. While the course focuses on the divorce niche its tools and resources can be applied generically to fit a wide variety of niches.
