Dallas, TX (1888PressRelease) August 14, 2009 - On Saturday, August 29th the Dallas Derby Devils will end their 2009 Season with An Offer You Can’t Refuse. The season has been filled with fast action, hard hits and plenty of entertainment for all! You will want to come to North Richland Hills and experience the Dallas Derby Devils.

The 2007 and 2008 seasons ended with the Slaughterers taking the championship undefeated. In this 2009 season they seemed poised to claim their third championship title when the High Seas Hotties defeated them by a narrow margin in the Slaughterers last regular season bout. Now the High Seas Hotties have an undefeated season and will face off against the blood thirsty Slaughterers to determine who wins the season championship and who sleeps with the fishes.

To determine 3rd place we find the Death Row Rumblers (2 wins & 2 losses) up against the Suicide Shifters (1 win & 3 losses). The Death Row Rumblers are looking to throw the switch on last year’s last place team and finally place in the top 3 for the first time in Death Row history. However the Suicide Shifters have put a contract out on the girls in orange and black and are looking to collect.

The competition will take place at NYTEX Sports Centre (8851 Ice House Road, North Richland Hills). Doors open at 7:00pm and the action will start at 7:30pm. The 2008 season opener hosted 1400 Dallas roller derby fans! Get there early if you want a trackside seat but don’t forget to BYOC (bring your own chair)! The bleachers will be open, so there will be plenty of room! The Devils expect another capacity crowd. This bout will sell-out, so get your tickets to this PG-13 event in advance for $13 on our website through Pay-Pal. If available, tickets at the door will be $15. Kids 12 and under are free if you choose to bring them. The Devils chose the Notre Dame School of Dallas to receive a portion of the proceeds from this bout.
