  • Orange County, CA (1888PressRelease) July 09, 2007 - Coreland Companies of Tustin, Calif., one of the largest real estate service companies based in California, announced that its Leasing / Sales Division was awarded seven new retail leasing assignments in Southern California totaling more than a quarter million square feet, during the second quarter of 2007.

    The properties include Crown Valley Center in Laguna Beach, Lindale Center in Anaheim, Norco Towne Center in Norco, Lakeshore Village in Moreno Valley, Valley Plaza in Garden Grove, Katella Center in Orange and Sunset Village in Diamond Bar.

    “We’re very pleased to have been selected for these seven new retail leasing assignments,” said Steven Hogberg, Senior Vice President Leasing/Sales for Coreland. The team of Matt Hammond, Bryan Bauer, Fred Godinez and Tim Muller will be handling the various leasing assignments.

    Crown Valley Center is a 20,000-square-foot strip center located at 30012-30022 Crown Valley Parkway in Laguna Niguel and includes tenants Taco Bell and Subway. Lindale Center is a 20,000-square-foot strip center located at 2804-2816 Lincoln Avenue in Anaheim. Norco Towne Center, which was recently renovated, is a 135,000-square-foot Stater Bros. anchored shopping center located at 2748 Hamner in Norco. Lakeshore Village, located at Sunnymead Ranch Parkway and Village Road in Moreno Valley, is a 15,000-square-foot pad building to be developed in this approximate 90,000-square-foot Ralphs anchored neighborhood Center.

    Katella Center is a 48,800-square-foot neighborhood center located at the northwest corner of Katella Avenue and Glassell Street in Orange and includes tenants Auto Zone and Sprint. Sunset Village is a 26,700-square-foot center located at 1241 S. Grand Avenue in Diamond Bar and tenants include Pizza Hut and Sylvan Learning Center.

    Valley Plaza is a 20,000-square-foot strip center located at 6032-6086 Chapman Avenue in Garden Grove.
