E3 and THP will work to establish the footprint of the COF and bring in additional partners to finance and develop the project. THP's founder and CEO, Jim Knut Larsson, will work with E3 to design, develop and fund the multi-phase project. E3 will provide consulting for the project to include the design strategies offered by its E3 Synergy president, Reinhold Ziegler. Ziegler was inducted into the International Green Industry Hall of fame earlier this year.

E3 will also provide key elements of the sites technology footprint focusing on water remediation and reclamation along with alternative energy designs. E3 Synergy is world renowned for its trademarked design capabilities including Solartecture®, Turbostar®, Synponic® and Bioshelters®.

The parties intend to sign a joint venture agreement to execute this vision and will bring other partners on board as necessary to further this initiative.
