Christel Friberg believes in the firm-model of ActionCOACH.
(1888PressRelease) July 25, 2008 - Christel Friberg has joined the ActionCOACH business coaching firm in England. “Joining a firm is a great way to ensure that clients benefit from the synergy of several Business Coaches working together,” she said.
Friberg will be based in Milton Keynes and will be practicing in the Central Midlands area.
“My first impression when researching ActionCOACH was that the company had a results-oriented system, which really worked for businesses,” she said. “I later had the opportunity to meet with several businesses in my area, who achieved astounding results from working with an ActionCOACH Business Coach.”
While pursuing her academic goals, Friberg ran her own niche textile company to support herself during her student years. She then entered the corporate world and joined the second largest self-storage company in Europe in operational management positions.
She was instrumental in designing and implementing the company's operational platform, which simplified processes, increased support and reduced costs.
“I have had massive experience in managing large IT projects, managing teams across Europe as well as designing and implementing processes to be used in these different cultures,” she said.
Acting as a mentor and advisor to people who wanted to start their own businesses, Friberg consulted seven new businesses throughout Europe and China.
“I was involved in developing business processes in a period of rapid growth,” she said. “I also helped manage a Danish business and developed the team, while having fun in the process.”
Having spent many years working with businesses in the European markets, Friberg is now excited about the opportunity of working with local businesses in her area.
Friberg is an alumnus of the London School of Economics and speaks seven languages.
