Lawyer and Financial Planning Expert, Rolf Howard embraces his new role as an ActionCOACH.
(1888PressRelease) May 09, 2008 - Rolf Howard, a lawyer and CEO of Owen Hodge Lawyers, as well as director of Owen Hodge Financial Planning, was looking at adding new services to offer his existing client base and business coaching seemed like a good idea.
Howard has been a lawyer for 20 years and his firm employs about 40 people; his financial planning firm was set up three years ago. His newest venture as an ActionCOACH fits well with his experience as an entrepreneur and teacher, which includes teaching law to managers in the Executive MBA program at the Australian Graduate School of Management.
“I look at business coaching as an opportunity to generate greater income for my organization,” he said. Howard observes that although ActionCOACH is positioned to help small-to-medium sized businesses, it is true that its systems can be successfully utilized in larger organizations as well.
Having spent 20 years building and growing his own small business, Howard will be able to use his formal education and management experience to help other business owners succeed. “ActionCOACH is a new challenge for me and I am ready for my new role,” he said.
Howard’s office will be located in Hurstville - in the Southern Suburbs of Sydney. A member of the Bankers’ Association Small Business Forum and an adjunct faculty member at the Australian Graduate School of Management, he is also actively involved in his local church.
