DMSRetail has just announced that, the highly acclaimed retail senior management training and workshop will be held in Cairo on November 18019020, 2008.
(1888PressRelease) October 10, 2008 - By all accounts, DMSRetails’ The Retail Management Workshop – held in Dubai in August 2008 - was an outstanding success. DMSRetail has announced that their next event will be held in Cairo, Egypt. In addition to The Retail Management Workshop - their premiere 3 day event - they have decided to offer their 1 day event in Cairo as well.
The 1 day workshop – Retail Operations for Maximum Success – is intended for Store level personnel with supervisory responsibilities. It’s scheduled for November 17, 2008. And, of course, the 3 day event for more senior management, is offered as well. The dates for that one are November 18-19-20/08.
The graduates of the Dubai ‘08 workshop said they were very happy to see this type, and caliber, of training in the Middle East.
Matt Parmaks, Senior Consultant and EVP for DMSRetail says ‘Retailers in the Middle East welcome the opportunity to learn more about retail management techniques and they are looking for ways to improve their retail businesses. We heard, loud and clear, that they wanted more of this. We will definitely provide a schedule of workshops which will make it convenient for them to attend. In fact, we’ve already started with Cairo, Egypt. Both events are already scheduled for November ‘08. We acted quickly because we received so many requests. We’re seeing huge interest from retailers there.’
When asked if there were any other workshops to be presented in the upcoming months, Mr. Parmaks says ‘Cairo is where we’re focusing right now but we’re working on another session in Dubai early in 2009. Of course, we already have New York planned for March 2009. And, we’re very seriously looking into Sydney, Australia as a new destination for us in 2009, as well.’
